On a tomato base, cheese, fresh tomato slices, boccocini cheese slices, finely diced red onion, fresh basil leaves, light sprinkle of cheese.

Tomato base, cheese, fresh tomato slices, cheese, mixed herbs.

NO:    3   POTATO

On a garlic base, cheese, potato, caramelized onions, proscuitto, lightly sprinkled with cheese and fresh  rosemary.  (vegetarian - omit prosciutto)

NO:  4   PUMPKIN

On a garlic base, cheese, roasted pumpkin, boccocini cheese, semi-dried tomato, baby spinach, cheese and drizzle with yoghurt before serving.

Garlic base, cheese, potato, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, semi-dried tomato, cheese, herbs.
