The Essentials Package is designed for those who don't want to miss out on feeling pampered, but want to feel relaxed and awakened, without spending too much time in treatments.
The Essentials Package includes:
- Back, neck and shoulder massage, using essential oils and flower essences
- A foot and hand treatment
- Finishing with a chakra balance, clearing and re-energising your energy systems on all levels

The Wholistic Package
Using energy work combined with Relaxation Massage. The Wholistic Package includes treatments and services to cater to your whole body, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
The package will begin with:
- A full body Swedish relaxation massage, using essential oils and flower essence therapy
- Your healing facilitator will then move onto your Reiki treatment focusing on your energy centres, the chakras, to further de-stress and bring your body into balance
- You will then receive a private consultation, prescribing Flower essence therapy personalised for you, to use on your stay and to take home with you
- Finishing with an intuitive reading, recorded for you to keep and remember your stay
